• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually depending on your selected plan
• If you choose an annual subscription, you will be billed the full amount at the time of purchase
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon notice to you
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in termination or suspension of your access to the Services

5. Social Media Integration

Our Services allow you to connect your social media accounts for content posting and scheduling. By connecting your social media accounts to Postlazy, you:

• Authorize us to access and interact with your social media accounts on your behalf
• Represent that you have the right to grant such authorization
• Acknowledge that your use of third-party social media platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies
• Understand that we are not responsible for changes made by social media platforms that may affect our Services

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Ownership of Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content generated through our Services based on your inputs and parameters. However, we retain ownership of our AI models, algorithms and technology used to generate the content.

6.2 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publishing
• Ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
• Obtaining necessary rights or permissions for any content you request our AI to create
• Any consequences resulting from the publication of content generated through our Services

6.3 Content Limitations

You may not use our Services to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any third-party platform's terms of service
• Impersonates individuals or entities without authorization
• Deceives or misleads users

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTLAZY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICES; OR (D) ANY CONDUCT OF A THIRD PARTY ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Postlazy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or relating to (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right; or (d) any content generated through the Services at your request.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or Postlazy. You may terminate these Terms at any time by canceling your account and ceasing all use of the Services. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
